Suspect for Commercial Robbery in the 15th District

On Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 4:43 p.m., officers from the Philadelphia Police 15th District responded to a report of a robbery in progress on the 6400 block of Harbison Avenue.

At approximately 2:11 p.m., a suspect impersonating law enforcement entered the business and zip-tied the victim. The offender stole around $1,000 in U.S. currency and fled the scene in a white Ford E-250, heading northbound on Harbison Avenue towards Roosevelt Boulevard. The scene has been secured, and no arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is currently active and ongoing with the Northeast Detectives.

  • Suspect Description: White male wearing black baseball cap with US flag on the front, black sunglasses, black long sleeve shirt, wearing gloves, black tactical vest with “Security Enforcement Agent”,  and dark green cargo pants.
  • Vehicle Description: A white Ford E250 with tinted windows, no window in the back, pad lock on rear and passenger side cargo doors, and red dashes on mid-line of the van.
  • Victim: 50-year-old female.
