“CNN’s promotion of an ‘ICE spotting’ app is reckless and irresponsible,” said ICE acting Director Todd M. Lyons. “Advertising an app that basically paints a target on federal law enforcement officers’ backs is sickening. My officers and agents are already facing a 500% increase in assaults, and going on live television to announce an app that lets anyone zero in on their locations is like inviting violence against them with a national megaphone. CNN is willfully endangering the lives of officers who put their lives on the line every day and enabling dangerous criminal aliens to evade U.S. law. Is this simply reckless 'journalism' or overt activism?"

When Rep. Donald Norcross (D-Camden) boarded a plane from Florida to Philadelphia on April 6, the 66-year-old congressman felt perfectly fine and was prepared for another week of work in Washington. Just a few hours later, he was in a hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina, barely conscious and fighting for his life. “I came to for a moment because someone was yelling at me, ‘Stick with us! Stick with us!’ And I’m looking at him thinking, ‘What do you mean, stick with you? What are you talking about?’” Norcross said in an interview. “I had no idea how serious of a condition I was in.” Two-and-a-half months later, following two weeks in intensive care and an extensive physical rehabilitation process, Norcross is at last set to make his full return to Congress today. William E. Cleary Sr. | CNBNews . PEYTON CLEARY It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of our cherished Peyton’s passing on Sunday, June 29, 2025. The whole experience unfolded so swiftly, yet I feel grateful for every moment we had together. That morning, I woke her at 7 AM, and she joyfully bounded out of the bedroom, a ball of enthusiasm as she leaped and twirled in the air. Our walk that day was uneventful and full of the usual fun. When we returned home, I fed her, and she settled down for a well-deserved nap. However, a few hours later, when she woke up, things took an unexpected turn. She attempted to stand but fell, hitting her head on the heater vent. We rushed her to the emergency vet in Mt. Laurel as quickly as possible. It was during this tense moment that I...

This week, President Trump sent a strong message: Iran poses a threat not only to Israel in the Middle East, but also to the United States as it pursues nuclear weapons. Last week, President Trump acted decisively and effectively, deploying B-2 bombers with surgical precision to protect Israel—but more importantly, to protect America. When the Ayatollah chants “Death to America,” he means it—and the reason he is building nuclear weapons is because he intends to use them. President Trump has consistently and unequivocally stated that such threats cannot be countered without dismantling the Iranian regime’s enrichment capacity. The President and his negotiators spent two months exploring whether the regime would agree to a negotiated settlement that met America’s national security needs. At the end of that period, Iranian regime officials declared that, instead of agreeing to a deal, they would open a new enrichment facility and install more advanced centrifuges....

With growing concern about the threat of property title and deed fraud, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors is urging property owners to remain vigilant and take proactive measures to protect some of their most valuable assets — their home and property. According to a 2025 National Association of Realtors Deed and Fraud Survey, 63% of Realtor association leaders have seen or heard of deed or title fraud in their local markets over the past year. Fifty-two percent of cases involved residential land, fewer than 20% involved detached single-family homes, and 12% of fraud attempts involved owner-occupied homes. “Title and deed fraud is often a silent crime, but the damage can be very real,” said Bill Lublin, president of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and CEO of...

WASHINGTON — A tip from the Department of Homeland Security’s Cyber Crimes Center led to the May 29 arrest of Rafael Romeiro Rodriguez, a dangerous child sex offender, as he was attempting to travel internationally. DHS C3, which is led by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, works to prevent child sex tourism and other crimes of child exploitation by notifying destination countries of convicted child predators who intend to travel abroad, and by supporting domestic enforcement actions like the one that led to Rodriguez's arrest. Rodriguez, a Colombian national who is in the United States illegally, was convicted in 2014 of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years old. “Thanks to the targeted intelligence work of the Cyber Crimes Center, a convicted child sex offender will no longer pose a threat to the community,” said Deputy Assistant Director for the DHS Cyber Crimes Center...

While there are some returning favorites — looking at you, my 200-foot-long, blue dragon friend — this year’s festival features a ton of breathtaking, new displays. Set among the lanterns, you’ll also find energetic live cultural performances, globally inspired dining, family-friendly activities, shopping and more. After being absolutely wowed by last year’s fest, I had to see whether the experience...

WASHINGTON D.C. – Senator Andy Kim (D-NJ) released the following statement after the Senate Republican majority blocked consideration of Senator Kaine’s War Power Resolution which would assert Congress’ constitutional authority on using military force: “Despite the strikes, Iran still appears to maintain significant uranium stockpiles, and continues to pose a threat. Does President Trump order strikes again if Iran digs out the nuclear sites and tries to enrich uranium stockpiles? Does he try to strike if Iran seeks to rebuild the sites or build new nuclear facilities? The American people deserve to know under what conditions Trump would consider additional strikes and to have a say in whether our country goes to war. By rejecting this resolution, my colleagues are abdicating our responsibility to give voice to Americans, including the military families who will inevitably be put in harm’s way.” This week, Senator Kim and Senators Adam Schiff (D-CA), and...

Texas Democrat Al Green, who represents a Houston-based seat in the House, brought the impeachment measure to the chamber floor this week as a “privileged” resolution, a method that allows the sponsor to fast-track their motion and force a vote. “I believe he is a would-be dictator who would become a dictator,” Green said of Trump. “Are we going to go down and choose the path of democracy, or will we allow ourselves to choose the low road of autocracy?” Trump deserved to be impeached because he did not adequately inform Congress about U.S. military plans before he ordered the bombing, on Saturday,...

Coach Ross Hixon doesn't take the success for granted as he prepares to make another title run in 2025. That’s because as recently as three summers ago, Alabama teams were known for their national tournament disappointments. When Troy won the 2022 ALWS, it was Alabama’s first national champion since Tuscaloosa Post 34 won the state’s first ALWS title in 1967. In between, Tuscaloosa (twice), Huntsville, Dothan (twice) and Troy had advanced to regional championship games only to come up just shy of a trip to the ALWS. “I knew Alabama didn’t have...
