The duo played a key role in helping Rowan achieve one of its best seasons in school history which culminated in a final national ranking of 18th. The Profs finished the year with a best-ever 16-3 mark, made their first NCAA appearance since 2018, and reached the round of 16, which was the furthest advancement in the 18 years under Delaney.

Green (Mullica Hill, NJ/Clearview Regional)  was named to the IWLCA All-America First Team, becoming Rowan's first All-American since 2019. She was an All-Boardwalk Region First Team selection for the third consecutive year, while also picking up her third straight  NJAC Midfielder of the Year award and her fourth selection to the All-Conference Team. The senior topped the Profs in ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers while becoming the school's all-time leader in those categories (370 draw controls, 218 ground balls 156 caused turnovers). Green accumulated 42 goals and 18 assists this season to rank third on the team in scoring.

Montenero (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) was named the NJAC Defensive Player of the Year and was an IWLCA All-Region First Team honoree. She anchored the Profs' defense which allowed just 7.75 goals per game. A three-time All-Region selection, the senior ranked second on the team with 40 ground balls.

Montenero will be recognized as one of the All-Stars although she cannot play in the game due to a season-ending injury she suffered in the NJAC Championship.
