Congratulations to Schileen’s Pub on 30 Years of Success!

On Saturday, May 10th, Commissioner Joann Gattinelli proudly presented a Gloucester County Commendation to Schileen’s Pub in honor of their 30th anniversary as a beloved local, family-owned business. Rooted in hospitality, John Schillig grew up working in his family’s business, Schillig’s Black Horse Farms & Irv Morrow’s Hideaway. In 1972, Eileen Schillig entered the industry as a server, bartender, and banquet worker. In 1995, the Schillig family—John, Eileen, and their five children—made their dream a reality and opened Schileen’s. With Dana and Jen waitressing through college, Mike and Parker behind the bar, and Matt handling the tech, Schileen’s grew into a true community staple. Visit them at 32 Delsea Drive, Westville, and join us in celebrating 30 years of great food, great memories, and even better people. Cheers to many more! Read more →
