The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating missing juvenile Sebastian Andino. Sebastian was last seen April 21, 2025, at 4:00 pm, on the 20xx block of N Marshall St.
He is 17 years-of-age, 5’9″, 180 lbs., Black/short curly hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black sweat pants, red and black sneakers.

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating missing juvenile Muhtadi Moore. The 27-year-old male was last seen April 19, 2025, on the 1xxblock of E Rittenhouse St.
He is 13 years-of-age, 5’1″, 100 lbs., brown eyes and black hair. His clothing description is unknown.

The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating missing juvenile Nahkai Turner. Nahkai was last seen April 21, 2025, at 8:45PM on the 21xx block of Knorr St. Nahkai could be in the area of Dave & Buster’s on Delaware Ave.
Nahkai is 13 years-of-age, 5’6”, 160lbs, brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing black/white pajama pants.
