Pennsauken Man Charged for Possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material

Pennsauken, NJ – A Pennsauken man has been arrested and charged for possessing child sexual abuse material, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Pennsauken Police Chief Phil Olivo.
Nathaniel Martinez, 20, was charged on April 8, 2025, with third-degree Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. A cyber tip from the National Center of Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) led detectives to a Snapchat account used to upload child sexual abuse material. During the investigation, detectives from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit identified Martinez as the user of the Snapchat account.
Additionally, a Telegram account containing child sexual abuse material was located on Martinez’s cell phone. Martinez was taken into custody in Pennsauken on April 8, 2025, and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
