Missing Juvenile Samir Jubilee from the 12th District

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Samir Jubilee. Samir was last seen April 11, 2025, at 4:00PM, on the 66xx block of Yocum Street.
Samir is 12-years-of-age, 5’2″, 100 Lbs., and was last seen wearing black and white sneakers, black and white striped pants, and a dark colored sweater.
