Commissioners announce lineup for 2025 Summer Concert Series

“The summer concert series is highly anticipated and well-loved by the entire Camden County community,” said Commissioner Deputy Director Ed McDonnell. “Every summer, these concerts allow us to see world class performances, for free, right in our local parks. As always, the lineup is wonderful, and we cannot wait to kick off the summer right with the Summer Concert Series.”
The current 2025 concert schedule is as follows:
- Sunset Jazz Series at Wiggins Park located at the Camden City waterfront. Start time – 8 p.m.
June 2 – Tab Benoit
- One of the most impressive guitarists to emerge from the rich Bayous of Southern Louisiana.
June 9 – Who’s Bad: The Ultimate Michael Jackson Experience
- A live tribute show celebrating the legendary music and dance of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.
June 23 – Julian Marley & The Uprising
- The son of reggae legend Bob Marley, Julian carries on his father’s legacy, creating music inspired by life and spirituality that transcends musical genres
June 30 – Al Di Meola
- The guitar pioneer’s blend of world music and jazz, complex rhythmic syncopation, and provocative lyrical melodies are at the forefront of his five-plus decades in music.
July 14 – Ed Lover presents The Live Mixtape Band
- Ed Lover leads a dynamic lineup of friends as The Live Mixtape Band, your passport to an electrifying journey through the best of Hip Hop and R&B from the 80s, 90s, 2000s, and beyond.
July 28 – Dumpstaphunk
- This live juggernaut has forged a reputation as one of the most respected New Orleans musical institutions as the city’s premiere 21st-century funk-fusion group.
Aug 4 – Jonathan Powell & Mambo Jazz Party
- Bandleader Jonathan Powell leads his new Latin jazz group, Mambo Jazz Party, drawing on his 20-year career as one of NYC’s premier trumpet players.
Aug 11 – Stacey Kent
- The American jazz singer brings her multilingual repertoire to life with delicately nuanced interpretations that transcend borders and defy categorization.
Aug 25 – The Stanley Clarke Band
- The four-time Grammy-winning bassist and Philadelphia native showcases decades of accumulated expertise and a lifetime of legendary accomplishments.
Sept 8 – Ruben Studdard: My Tribute to Luther
- Famed American Idol winner and renowned vocalist pays homage to the songbook of the late soul and R&B icon, Luther Vandross
Sept. 14 – Gospel Fest Along the Waterfront featuring Hezekiah Walker & Friends
- Bishop Hezekiah Xzavier Walker, Jr. is a Grammy Award-winning gospel music artist.
- Sundown Music Series at Haddon Lake Park. Start time – 7:30 p.m.
June 4 – Low Cut Connie / plus Sug Daniels
- Cherry Hill’s own Adam Weiner and his band bring good time rock and roll to the stage with their high-energy performance.
June 18 – Start Making Sense: A Tribute to Talking Heads / plus Lena Fine
- An amazing show inspired by and aiming to faithfully celebrate the genius of Talking Heads’ entire musical catalog.
July 2 – Too Many Zooz / plus Best Bear
- This instrumental trio rose from the NYC subways to stardom with their signature “brass house” style, performing with acts like Beyoncé and the Dixie Chicks
July 16 – The Tisburys / plus The Describers
- Fresh off the release of their brand new album, A Still Life Revisited, the Philly-based band delivers songs that find home in both packed dive bars and stadiums.
July 30 – Bob Mould / plus Maria Mirenzi
- Punk pioneer and Hüsker Dü founder, Mould has redefined guitar driven rock countless times with his prolific catalog and decades-long career.
Aug 13 – Joan Osborne / plus Jackson Pines
- An incredibly versatile singer-songwriter and multi-platinum recording artist best known for her Grammy-nominated single “One of Us” and her exploration of rock, blues, folk, & more.
Aug 27 – Wheatus / plus Bren
- Their timeless anthem “Teenage Dirtbag” rose on the charts and defined a generation. The band continues their pop-rock legacy in celebration of their hit single’s 25th anniversary.
Sept 03 – Karina Rykman / plus David Bakey
- Straddling the worlds of jam rock and indie pop, this rising star’s effervescent and psychedelic presence comes to life in musical form.
Sept 17 – Chuck Prophet & His Cumbia Shoes / plus Jay Byham
- The California native blurs the lines between tradition and innovation with his new chart-topping Americana album exploring the world of Cumbia music

June 12 - The Hobbs Sisters
- Country music’s hottest duo known for their big voices and powerful harmonies.
June 26 – Todd Rundgren
- Born and raised in Philadelphia, the legendary musician, songwriter, and producer’s sophisticated music and versatile multi-decade career have landed him in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
July 17- Tiffany
- A pop singer best known for her 1987 cover of Tommy James and the Shondells’ song “I Think We’re Alone Now.”
July 31 - Yacht Rock Gold Featuring Elliot Lurie
- Yacht Rock Gold Experience brings all your favorite hits from the late 1970's-early 1980's to new generations of music fans.
August 7- The Greg Farnese Sextet
- Vocalist Greg Farnese, with Jim Holton, Shane Aaserud, Victor North, Tim Hutson and Tony Miceli perform contemporary pop tunes in jazz arrangements
August 21 - 4 Peace of Mind
- A tribute band to the Foreigners and Boston
- Winslow Township at Peter Volpa Memorial Park. Start time – 6 p.m.
June 21st – Motown Revue Featuring Rheel Menn
- Rheel Menn, a Philadelphia-based singing group, will perform the timeless sound of classic soul and R&B.
July 19th – SPD (Country/Western)
- South Penn Dixie is a modern country band with a rock edge. A group of seasoned players with a passion for great country music and focusing on the latest country music hits mixed with some timeless classics.
August 23rd- Everyday People
- Sly & The Family Stone tribute band
- Lindenwold Park. Start time – 7 p.m.
July 11 - Fish Eyed Blues
- A group mixing traditional and contemporary blues with blues rock
August 8 – The Hit Men
- A supergroup consisting of super-talented sidemen and sessions musicians– either played, sang or did both on tour or in the studio for some of the most memorable classic rock hits of the era, including “Feels Like The First Time” (Foreigner,) Don’t Stop Believin’” (Journey,) “Live and Let Die” (Wings.)
