Free Rabies Vaccine Clinics
Bring your furry friends to one of our Rabies Vaccine Clinics this Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Laurel Springs Fire Department from 10 AM to 11 AM or Cramer Hill Center in Camden from 10 AM to 12 PM and ensure they're safe and protected with free rabies vaccines! REAL ID Deadline Approaching
On May 7th, 2025, U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities. A regular driver's license or ID will not be accepted. You can use a Passport as an alternative to the REAL ID. Passport information can be found here.

Appointments are needed for REAL ID, and document requirements are slightly different. You will need to bring the following to get a REAL ID: 2 documents as proof of your address, 1 valid Social Security Number, and Identity documents that add up to 6 REAL ID points. To learn more, Click Here.
 
No Menthol May
Tobacco Free for a Healthy NJ, Camden County Department of Health, and statewide partners are launching the No Menthol May campaign to shine a light on the harm menthol tobacco products cause—especially in communities of color.
 
No Menthol Sunday, May 18th, led by The Center for Black Health & Equity, is a nationwide day of action. Faith leaders across the country will speak out about the dangers of menthol, flavored tobacco, and nicotine addiction.

Healthy Meals for Healthy Seniors
Presented by the Camden County Board of Commissioners, this FREE workshop series is designed with the senior citizen lifestyle and dietary needs in mind. Participants will learn from trained chefs and culinary students how to plan and prepare healthy meals, and will observe hands–on cooking demonstrations.

Classes will take place from 4 PM to 5 PM at the Camden County Technical School, 6008 Browning Rd., Pennsauken. The class schedule is as follows:
 
Driving Range is Now Open
The Camden County Driving Range at Cooper River Park is a state-of-the-art golf center, featuring an aquatic, lighted, 60 station double-decker driving range, and a top quality short game area with a putting green and sand trap. The Camden County Driving Range at Cooper River Park is brought to you by the Camden County Board of Commissioners as an open to the public driving range where you never need a tee time. There is space available for large groups and parties upon request.

Addiction Doesn't Discriminate. Why Should You?
The Camden County Board of Commissioners and the Addiction Awareness Task Force (AATF) launched the Break the Stigma campaign to change the conversation around addiction and recovery. This initiative was created to combat the misconceptions surrounding substance use disorder, highlight the reality of recovery, and ensure that individuals struggling with addiction receive support rather than judgment.
