DEA National Prescription Take Back Day

On Saturday, April 26th from 10 AM to 2 PM, residents are encouraged to take part in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day by safely disposing of unused or expired medications. This initiative plays a vital role in preventing drug misuse and protecting our communities.

In 2024, the United States recorded its first decline in overdose deaths since 2018—a powerful reminder that small actions, like proper medication disposal, make a big difference. Drop-off is simple: visit any participating police station with a secure medication drop box. To learn more, Click Here.
