Pine Hill, NJ – A fugitive charged with sexually assaulting a child in Pine Hill was apprehended in Pennsylvania this morning, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Pine Hill Police Chief Christopher Winters. Shane Hennesy, 22, of Newton Square, PA was taken in custody at approximately 6:00 a.m. today in Morgantown, PA. The arrest was made by members of the U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force – Camden Division and the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force – Reading Division. Hennesy was charged on February 20, 2025, with first-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, second-degree Sexual Assault, and two counts of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for crimes he is alleged to have committed against a 12-year-old girl in Pine Hill between December 2024 and January 2025 after the two met online. On Saturday, April 26, the Board of Commissioners, and the Camden County Certified Gardeners will be hosting their annual plant sale with thousands of perennials, herbs, vegetables and more available for great prices. James Joseph Kinnarney, 72, a resident of Mullica Hill since 1997, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2025, surrounded by his family. Born in Framingham, Massachusetts on June 16, 1952, he was the son of the late Jack and Winnie (Acton) Kinnarney. James, also known as Jim, proudly served our country in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was the owner of Kinnarney Rubber Company in Mantua, NJ, where he worked over 50 years. On July 1, 1989, at Saint Mary’s Church in Gloucester, Jim married Kathleen Murphy who survives at home. Jim and Kathy, who he affectionately called Murph, were married for 35 years and together as a couple for 42 years. Murph knew she was in for it when Jim brought his briefcase on their honeymoon.
