NJMVC Launches REAL ID Emergency Issuance Program

TRENTON — Following the TSA’s announcement that full REAL ID enforcement will begin on May 7, 2025, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) will be launching a REAL ID emergency issuance program for qualified customers who need to board a domestic flight within 14 days for life-or-death reasons or for urgent travel plans and do not have an acceptable form of identification to clear TSA checkpoints. “For years, the NJMVC has been issuing REAL IDs and preparing for the start of federal REAL ID enforcement,” said Acting NJMVC Chief Administrator Latrecia Littles-Floyd. “Anticipating the recent increase in demand, which is being seen all over the country, we have made many additional accommodations to service as many customers with REAL ID as possible, including with this new emergency program. PHILLY POLICE SEEKS PUBLIC'S HELP

The Philadelphia Police Department needs your help: On May 14, 2022, at approximately 8:08 pm, the victim was located in the 2000 block of West Estaugh Street. The victim was suffering from several gunshot wounds and died of his injuries. The victim was last seen on video walking with another male, away from the Hoagie City store located at 2222 W. Hunting Park Avenue, and then in the 3400 block of North 21st Street. Police are trying to identify the male who last seen with the victim. Detectives Seeking Fugitive in Sexual Assault of Pine Hill Girl

Pine Hill, NJ – Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a fugitive charged with sexually assaulting a child in Pine Hill, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Pine Hill Police Chief Christopher Winters. Shane Hennesy, 22, of Newton Square, Pennsylvania was charged on February 20, 2025, with first-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, second-degree Sexual Assault, and two counts of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for crimes he is alleged to have committed against a 12-year-old girl in Pine Hill between December 2024 and January 2025 after the two met online. Hennesy is described as a white male with long, shaggy brown hair and brown eyes, standing approximately 6’1’’ tall and weighing about 200 pounds. He may have recently lost weight. MAHWAH, NJ – #18 Rowan swept Ramapo by scores of 10-3 and 8-5 in NJAC baseball action today as the second-game win gave Rowan head coach Mike Dickson his 300th victory in 11 seasons as the Profs’ mentor.
