Wanted: Suspect for Shooting Incident in the 16th District [VIDEO]

The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the suspect depicted in the following video.
On March 10, 2025, at 7:03 pm, a road rage incident led to a shooting incident at the intersection of 42nd and Girard Ave. Two victims, ages 15 and 20, are currently listed in stable condition. The suspect was captured on multiple cameras in the area.
- Suspect Description: Black male, bald head, full beard, 40-45 years old. Last seen operating a 2016-17 model Honda Civic, silver, unknown tag, body damage to both front quarter panels, missing passenger side front hub cap, white vanity tag on front bumper.
