Missing Juvenile Jelina Rosero and her 2-month-old son, Jahseh Harris

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating 14-year-old Jelina Rosero and her 2-month-old son, Jahseh Harris. Jelina was last seen on February 27, 2025, by her grandfather, with whom she resides on the 4500 block of Rising Sun Avenue.
She is described as 5’4” tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. It is unknown what she was last seen wearing.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jelina and her son is urged to contact the East Detective Division at 215-686-3243 or call 911.
