Philadelphia Police Investigating Homicide of 15 Year Old

The following information is preliminary and subject to change. Updates will be provided as they become available. Location: 40th & Girard (1:03 PM) A group of 5–6 juveniles were involved in a physical altercation at the rear of a SEPTA bus. The bus driver stopped the vehicle, at which point one of the juveniles exited through the rear door and fired a single shot back into the bus, striking a 15-year-old male in the chest. The victim was transported by police to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased at 1:19 PM. At this time, no arrests have been made. The Homicide Unit is actively investigating. Anyone with information related to this incident is urged to contact the Homicide Unit at 215-686-3334. Kim, Duckworth Slam Senate Republicans for Voting Against Giving Veterans Their Jobs Back

Pennsylvania State Police Investigating Fatal Auto Accident

On March 21, 2025, at approximately 8:18 p.m., a fatal auto accident occurred in the 24th District at Castor Avenue and Richmond Street. A 22-year-old Black male and an unidentified male, referred to as “John Doe,” were traveling northbound on I-95 in a Mazda when the vehicle struck a barrier and overturned onto the sidewalk beneath the interstate. The 22-year-old was transported by PFD Medic to Aria Torresdale Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased at 9:00 p.m. There is no further information available at this time regarding the unidentified male. Cape May Residents Charged With Child Abuse

Cape May City, New Jersey– Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland, along with Chief Dekon Fashaw of the Cape May City Police Department, have announced the arrest of 30-year-old Kimberly Cruz-Feliciano and 59-year-old Sonia Feliciano both residents of Broad Street Court in Cape May, New Jersey, in connection with a child abuse investigation. On March 17, 2025, the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit, in collaboration with the Cape May City Police Department, launched a joint investigation after a report was made that a child arrived at school with visible marks on their body. Further investigation revealed that the marks were the result of an electric dog shock collar, prompting immediate and decisive action from law enforcement. During the investigation investigators learned Cruz-Feliciano threatened the victims with more violence if they disclosed the ongoing abuse. The Camden County Police Department is looking for a missing 12-year-old from Woodlynne. Leeya Williams has been reported missing from her home on the 100 block of Cedar Avenue. She is described as a black female, 5’4”, 174 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black Crocs and is known to frequent Fairview, Whitman Park and Centerville. Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) has caused the deaths of multiple wild birds across the state and is being monitored by NJDEP Fish & Wildlife and federal partners. If you see sick or dead birds, particularly in groups of 5 or more, please report your finding in the new Wild Bird Disease Reporting Form. Photos are encouraged, and all reports are reviewed by agency staff. While HPAI can infect humans, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has declared that the ongoing HPAI outbreak is primarily an animal health issue that poses low risk to the health of the general public.
