Missing Juvenile Jelina Rosero and her 2-month-old son, Jahseh Harris

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating 14-year-old Jelina Rosero and her 2-month-old son, Jahseh Harris. Jelina was last seen on February 27, 2025, by her grandfather, with whom she resides on the 4500 block of Rising Sun Avenue. She is described as 5’4” tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. It is unknown what she was last seen wearing. Roadwork to close road in Audubon

NJ American Water will be working on East Atlantic Avenue in Audubon on Friday, March 7, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Capitol Avenue and West Merchant Street. “Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works. “Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris.” The Camden County Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining over 1,200 miles of county roadway, 50 bridges and several dams.
