Philadelphia Police Investigate Shooting Incident

At approximately 7:06 PM, a 32-year-old male was shot once in the left leg near 12XX W Russell Street on the highway in the 25th District. The victim arrived at Temple Hospital on foot and is currently in stable condition. No apprehensions have been made, and no weapons have been recovered. The scenes are being held as the investigation continues.
