A shooting occurred in the 12th District at 72xx Guyer Avenue on the highway at approximately 6:25 p.m. A 17-year-old male sustained a single gunshot wound to his left forearm. Police transported the victim to the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania, where he was placed in stable condition. The scene remains secured, but no weapon has been recovered, and no arrests have been made at this time.
