PENNSAUKEN NJ (February 2, 2025)(CNBNews)--On the night of January 30, 2025, at approximately 10:23 p.m., the Pennsauken Police Department rushed to the scene of a chaotic incident at the Riviera Motor Inn/Club 21Twenty, located at 2120 Route 73. Eyewitnesses reported a massive tractor-trailer slamming into the building, causing a resounding crash that reverberated through the property and impacted several parked vehicles nearby. Amid the chaos, an on-site employee was injured during the incident, prompting immediate concerns for their well-being.

The driver of the truck, 24-year-old Nodar Bulia from Brooklyn, New York, was apprehended at the scene and faced serious charges, including two counts of second-degree aggravated assault and four counts of third-degree criminal mischief. Following his arrest, he was taken into custody and later transferred to the Camden County Jail.
