Gloucester City Police Arrest Four Suspects on Drug Charges

GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (February 7, 2025)-Gloucester City Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of King and Hudson Sts. on February 5, at 8:21 PM. As a result of their investigation, police located drug paraphemalia, heroin, crack cocame and prescription medication. Four suspects were placed under arrest: Ziany Gunter (20) of Lindenwold, Kurt Lautenslager (35) of Magnolia, Brian Dunckley (44) of Sicklerville and Taylor Randolph (29) of Penns Grove were all charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphemalia.
In other matters:
On 01/27 at 1636 hours, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Cumberland Street for a male in a truck yelling at people. Officers contacted the male who stated he wasn't yelling at anyone in particular and just needed to clear his head.
ON 01/29 at 1146 hours, officers were dispatched to the CVS for a shoplifting. The suspect stole $240 worth of body wash and fled the store. He was identified by officers viewing store surveillance video. James Wilson (34) of Market Street was charged with Shoplifting.
On 01/29 at 1455 hours, officers were dispatched to Holt's Terminal to remove a male truck driver harassing employees. It was claimed that employees had made remarks about how bad the interior of the male's truck smelled, and he took offense. He was escorted off the property and banned from any future contact.
On 01/30 at 0913 hours, a vehicle parked at 3rd and Jersey had the window smashed and the vehicle had been ransacked. Officers made contact with the owner and attempted to locate any surveillance video in the area.
On 01/30 at 1736 hours, officers responded to a residence on the 300 block of Somerset for a dispute. Two roommates were arguing over a male companion being there who steals. The roommates agreed to stop arguing for the night.
On 01/30 at 1828 hours, a resident of the 200 block of Middlesex called after receiving an alert for an alarm inside his residence. The house was checked and was secure.
On 01/30 at 1830 hours, the male from the previous post about the incident on Nicholson Road and Princeton Ave came to police headquarters and offered to split a hoagie and a soda with officers for having to stay with him all of those days.
They declined. but he provided a thank you card for their efforts and said he'd explore that hoagie and soda later if we change our minds.
On 01/31 at 1033 hours, a resident of Gorman Manor reported his velicle scratched while parked in the complex lot. He believes it was another resident whom he has had issues with in the past.
On 01/31 at 1430 hours, officers responded to S. King Street for a male in the caller's rear yard. The male decided to erect his tent. He was asked to leave.
On 02/01 at 1457 hours, officers had to contact a resident of the 600 block of Hunter Street because his mom wanted to talk to him and he wouldn't answer her calls.
On 02/02 at 2128 hours, officers assisted Mt. Ephraim PD (MEPD) after suspects fled from a velicle they were attempted to stop. Four of the five suspects were located by GCPD in different locations on Walnut Ave. They were tumed over to MEPD for charges.
On 02/03 at 1725 hours, a pedestrian stop on N. King and Broadway led to the arrest of a male for an outstanding warrant. Angel Santiago (57) of Beechwood Ave was also found to be in possession of herow and drug paraphemalia.
On 02/04 at 1037 hours, a resident of the 800 block of Jersey Ave called because she wanted to go to the hospital. She then changed her mind with EMS and asked to speak with the police because she didn't want to go anywhere and just needed money, water, cigarettes and coke. She was reminded of the options she has in her own home without us going shopping for her.
On 02/04 at 1459 hours, a caller reported that an unknown male driving an unknown vehicle had pulled over and asked two teenage guls if they smoked weed. When they said no, he left.
On 02/05 a resident of the 600 block of Market reported ovemight unknown suspects) stole the catalytic converter from his vehicle.
On 02/05 at 0813 hours, officers responded to Royal Farms. Employees reported an unknown female drank a fountain soda and then a milkshake before leaving the store without paying.
On 02/06, at 5:17 PM officers responded to Gloucester High School for a report of a male attempting to break into the media center. Officers located the HIGHLY intoxicated suspect who confused the school with a bank and he was just trying to get to an ATM. He was escorted home to his residence in Philadelphia.
All persons charged with criminal offenses are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
