Allan R. Kotter, 90, of Gloucester City

9234519_fbsBorn on December 18, 1934, in Paulsboro, NJ. Passed peacefully with loved ones by his side on February 21, 2025, at the age of 90. Of Gloucester City.  Al is survived by Lynne C. Kotter, his partner of 30 years; brother Robert; stepson Bill Breiner; 4 grandchildren; a great-grandson and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Max and Ida; daughter Kelly; siblings Katherine, Geraldine, Donald, Edward and William.

Al served in the U.S. Air Force from 1952 to 1956 as an aircraft electrician. He was an accomplished carpenter and was a member of the Carpenters’ Union for many years. His hobbies included refinishing furniture, enjoying jazz music, playing and refurbishing drums.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday morning, March 1st from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City, where his funeral service will be celebrated at 10:30 AM. Interment with U.S. Air Force Military Honors will follow in Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Monroe Twp.
