William E. Cleary Sr. | CNBNews GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (February 2, 2025) (CNBNews)—In a startling revelation, we have obtained footage from a resident’s ring camera that vividly captures the chaos of gunfire echoing in the stillness of the night, 23 days ago. Two shadowy figures can be seen discharging weapons in the 600 block of Ridgeway Street shortly before midnight on Sunday, January 12, 2025. The piercing sound of seven gunshots rings out, shattering the tranquility of the neighborhood. Our investigation into this alarming incident uncovered that Jason Fanning, the chairman of the Gloucester City Republican Committee, initially shared this video on social media, only to have it swiftly removed. In a subsequent post, Fanning revealed that he had complied with requests from Police Chief/Acting City Administrator Brian Morrell and Police Captain Jason Flood to take down the footage, as their investigation was ongoing. Generally, law enforcement agencies prioritize releasing...

Over the past few weeks, I have been working closely with President Trump to stop the offshore wind projects being pushed along our East Coast. These projects are a serious threat to our communities, both financially and environmentally, and I am doing everything I can to stop them. The decision to approve these projects was not about what is best for our local communities—it was about pushing an agenda. That is why I am proud to say I authored language included in President Trump's day one executive order to immediately halt these projects. We are laying the groundwork to legally and permanently stop these projects once and for all. Together, we are doing everything we can to make sure our communities are not harmed by these dangerous projects. We are already seeing results. Shell recently pulled out of Atlantic Shores offshore wind project, following Orsted's lead. This is just further...

updated https://www.gofundme.com/f/a-tribute-to-dads-legacy GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (January 20, 2025)(CNBNews)--On Monday, January 6th, my father suddenly passed away in his room sometime in the afternoon while everyone thought he was taking a nap with our senior-aged dog Max. Leading up to his death, he was usually in joking moods, either speaking to me about football statistics, how crazy the political field is in today's world, or he was spending time with my sister going to movies or out to eat, or drawing and playing with my daughter (his granddaughter who he consistently presented himself at her every beck and call). Growing up, I viewed him as a superhero. There was a point where it was hard not to view him as a giant of a man, standing at 6'4 and weighing 280 lbs. There was absolutely nothing that he would not sacrifice if it meant bettering a circumstance for his kids. With...

School choice is the civil rights issue of the 21st century. Every child—regardless of ethnicity, zip code, race, or wealth—should have a fair shot at a quality education. As the Senate’s leading advocate for school choice, I am committed to ensuring that families have the freedom to choose the best educational path for their children. Education is not a one-size-fits-all issue, that’s why I firmly believe that investing in the success of future generations is an investment in America’s excellence. As I do every Congress, this week I joined my Republican colleagues in introducing a resolution recognizing January 26 – February 1 as National School Choice Week. Just weeks into 2025, President Trump is taking decisive action to secure our southern border and restore law and order to our nation’s immigration system. As the Senator for Texas, I have seen firsthand the devastating impact of Biden’s open border crisis on...

The world just got a little less funny with the passing of Steven Hall, who left us unexpectedly on January 30, 2025 at 61 years young. He was a man of humor, hard work, and an uncanny ability to find the best snacks in any room. Survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Maureen Convery Hall, his sister, Wendy, his daughters, Megan (husband Josh) and Lauren (partner Andrew), his beloved grandson, Casey and a sprawling cast of nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends who will forever hear his voice in every perfectly timed one-liner. After many years apart, he is now reunited with his beloved parents William and Mary, finding peace in their embrace once more. He lived by simple rules: laugh often, love deeply, and never, ever let anyone else control the remote. He faced every challenge with resilience, never giving up and always striving to provide for those...
