Roadwork to shift lanes in Camden
Crews will be working on Market Street in Camden on Monday, Jan. 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a lane shift between Haddon Avenue and North 8th Street.
Roadwork to close road in Collingswood, Haddon Township
PSE&G will be working on Park Avenue in Collingswood and Haddon Township from Monday, Jan. 13 to Wednesday, Jan. 15 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a full road closure at the intersection with West Cuthbert Boulevard.
Roadwork to close road in Gloucester Township
Crews will be working on New Brooklyn–Erial Road in Gloucester Township from Monday, Jan. 13, to Friday, Jan. 17 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Erial–Williamstown Road and Deb Lynn Drive.
Roadwork to close road in Haddonfield and Haddon Township
New Jersey American Water will be working on Haddon Avenue in Haddonfield and Haddon Township from Monday, Jan. 13 to Friday, Jan. 17 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Kings Highway East and West Crystal Lake Avenue.
Roadwork to close road in Pennsauken
PSE&G will be working on Clayton Avenue in Pennsauken on Wednesday, Jan. 15 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a partial road closure between Penn Street and Chapel Avenue.
Roadwork to close road in Camden
Crews will be working on State Street in Camden on Wednesday, Jan. 15 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There will be a full road closure between North 8th and North 10th streets.
“Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works. “Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris.”
The Camden County Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining over 1,200 miles of county roadway, 50 bridges and several dams. They are dedicated to making our area safer for motorists and pedestrians through county highway construction projects and road maintenance, including pothole repairs, street sweeping, grass cutting and storm drainage upkeep. The Public Works Department is located in Lindenwold where personnel are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve the residents of Camden County.
