Road closureRoadwork to close road in Camden

PSE&G will be working on Kaighn Avenue in Camden on Monday, Jan. 27 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Baird and Park boulevards.

Roadwork to close road in Gloucester Township

Crews will be working on New Brooklyn–Erial Road in Gloucester Township from Monday, Jan. 27, to Wednesday, Jan. 29 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Erial–Williamstown Road and Deb Lynn Drive.

Roadwork to close road in Pennsauken

PSE&G will be working on Park Avenue from Monday, Jan. 27 to Friday, Jan. 31 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There will be a partial road closure westbound between Bethel and Cooper avenues.

Roadwork to close road in Barrington

PSE&G will be working on Gloucester Pike in Barrington on Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 pm. There will be a partial road closure southbound between East Atlantic Avenue and Clements Bridge Road. 

“Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works. “Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris.”

The Camden County Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining over 1,200 miles of county roadway, 50 bridges and several dams. They are dedicated to making our area safer for motorists and pedestrians through county highway construction projects and road maintenance, including pothole repairs, street sweeping, grass cutting and storm drainage upkeep. The Public Works Department is located in Lindenwold where personnel are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve the residents of Camden County.
