In the 22nd District, police responded to a child abduction on the highway at 30XX W. Susquehanna Avenue at 11:56 PM. A 911 call reported that a white Toyota RAV-4 had been stolen with a 4-year-old boy inside, who was asleep at the time. The vehicle was located at 2900 W. Flora Street at 12:38 AM, with the child left alone inside but unharmed. There is no description of the suspect at this time, and the vehicle is being held for fingerprint analysis. The investigation is ongoing with Central Detectives.

In the 15th District, a stabbing occurred at 46XX Oakland Street at 9:59 PM. A 39-year-old Black male was stabbed 10 times throughout his body by a known suspect. He was transported by a private vehicle to Jefferson-Frankford Hospital, where he was placed in stable condition. The scene was held, a person of interest was taken into custody, and a weapon was recovered. The investigation is ongoing with Northeast Detectives.
