The Philadelphia Police Department’s Central Detectives Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered person, Raymond Shires. Raymond was last seen at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, located at 1101 Arch Street, on January 14, 2025, at 1:10 PM. He was observed walking westbound on the 1200 block of Arch Street.

Raymond is 59 years old, 6’1’’, 170 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black Polo jacket, an Eagles hat, gray sweatpants, and black sneakers.
