The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person Emanuel Maldonado. A 16-year-old was last seen on Monday, December 30, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., on the 120XX block of Nanton Drive.

He is 5'7", 140 lbs., brown eyes and black hair.
