Jefferson Health East Region President Aaron Chang, FACHE, has been a Trustee of the New Jersey Hospital Association Board at the Association’s Annual Meeting this week. The NJHA, founded in 1918, has 400 members spanning the Garden State’s healthcare community, including hospitals, health systems and post-acute care providers. Together, they pursue the NJHA mission of improving the health of New Jerseyans. 

Chang, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, joined Jefferson in September 2023. A transformative leader who is committed to improving community health, he has spent his career focused on providing patients with access to high-quality care. Chang resides in South Jersey with his family.
