Homicide Victim Identified

On Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at approximately 7:15 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to a report of a male armed with a gun on the 50XX block of Rorer Street in the 25th District.
Upon arrival, officers located a 17-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The Philadelphia Fire Department Medic Unit transported the victim to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased at 7:37 a.m. The scene was secured, but no arrests have been made, and no weapon was recovered. The victim has been identified as Noah Scurry, of the 50XX block of Rorer Street. The investigation is active and ongoing, led by the Homicide Unit.
