Central Detectives is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the following video clips.

On December 20, 2024, at approximately 2:35PM the victim was on the 14xx block of W. Girard Ave on her electric scooter when she was approached by two unknown black males. The one of the suspects grabbed her electric scooter and the other attempted to pry her hands off of the handlebars. The victim was able to hold onto the scooter and fell down the front steps as the offenders were yanking at the scooter. Both suspects then fled and were last seen North onto 15th Street without the scooter.
- Suspect Description: Two Black males in their teens to early 20s.
