On December 7, 2024, at 11:31 p.m., a 37-year-old male victim drove to the 12th Police District in his blue Lexus, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the left thigh and groin. He reported to officers that he had been robbed and shot by four males while delivering pizza to a residence on the 6700 block of Paschall Avenue. After the incident, he fled to the police station for help. The victim also stated that the suspects took the pizza, wings, and U.S. currency from him. Police immediately transported him to Presbyterian Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

Officers proceeded to the area of 68th Street and Paschall Avenue to investigate. At the scene, they found a .22 caliber FCC on the highway. While surveying the area, they observed two males exiting a property on the 2200 block of Hobson Street carrying pizza boxes. When police approached, one male fled into an alleyway and escaped. The second male was stopped while leaving the property with yellow pizza boxes. Officers continued searching and later spotted the fleeing suspect running from an alleyway behind the 6700 block of Woodland Avenue, between Bonnaffon and Hobson Streets. He was apprehended while attempting to hide under a vehicle. During a search of the suspect’s path, police discovered a .22 caliber rifle in a rear driveway on the 6700 block of Woodland Avenue.

Additional officers secured the property on the 2200 block of Hobson Street, where they found and detained two more males inside while awaiting a search warrant. All four suspects were identified as those involved in shooting and robbing the victim. They were arrested and transported to the Shooting Investigation Group Headquarters for further processing.

The four suspects will face charges including Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Theft, Receiving Stolen Property (RSP), Simple Assault, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person (REAP). The investigation remains ongoing with the Shooting Investigation Group.
