Rowan's Allie Palumbo Named NFHCA Regional Player of the Year

Screenshot 2024-12-13 082433(Mantua, NJ/Clearview Regional) has been named the NFHCA Region IV Player of the Year, as voted on by the region's coaches. It marks the first time in her career that she has earned the region's top honor.
 
Palumbo led the NJAC in scoring this season with a career-high 17 goals and 40 points in her first year with the Profs. She scored a team-high six game-winning goals for conference champion Rowan.
 
Palumbo, who joined Rowan after three years at Stockton, was named the 2024 NJAC Midfielder of the Year for the first time in her career while earning a spot on the All-Conference First Team for the fourth consecutive year. She also picked up her fourth selection to the NFHCA All-Region IV Team, receiving First-Team honors for the second year in a row.
 
In her combined four years at Rowan and Stockton, Palumbo totaled 46 goals and 19 assists (111 points). 
 
The Profs (15-8) won the NJAC title and advanced to the NCAA Championship Second Round for the sixth year in a row.
