The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Heriberto Roubert, a 15-year-old male. Heriberto was reported missing from his residence located in the 4500 block of Whitaker Avenue on December 24, 2024, at approximately 8:00 PM. He is described as being 6’1” tall, weighing approximately 230 pounds, It is believed that he may be staying at a friend’s house on the 500 block of Thelma Street and is known to frequent a corner store located at 5xx East Wyoming Avenue late at night.
