Gloucester City. This event honors the memory of Marine Corporal Marc Ryan, who made the ultimate sacrifice for his country on November 15, 2004, during Operation Iraqi Freedom in the violent city of Ramadi, located in Al Anbar Province.

OVER 300 hundred people participated in the event. The run brings together community members and veterans, fostering a spirit of remembrance and unity as participants race in tribute to a hero whose bravery and dedication will never be forgotten. Ryan graduated from Gloucester High School as an outstanding student and football player.
