Local Students Awarded Educator's Legacy Scholarships from McDaniel College

WESTMINSTER, MD (11/12/2024)-- McDaniel College has awarded select freshmen and transfer students with Educator's Legacy Scholarships valued at up to $132,000, or $33,000 annually over four years, for each student.

Local students who received the Educator's Legacy Scholarship from McDaniel College include:

Grace Duffey of Haddonfield (08033). Duffey is a graduate of Haddonfield Memorial High School.

Jack Guerrera of Southampton (08088). Guerrera is a graduate of Seneca High School.

Tana Kane of Sicklerville (08081). Kane is a graduate of Middletown High School,

Gabby Piantadosi of Egg Hbr Twp (08234). Piantadosi is a graduate of Egg Harbor Township High School.

Josh Pridy of Mantua (08051). Pridy is a graduate of Clearview Regional High School.

Students with a parent or guardian with at least four years of current employment at a K-12 school or community college can apply for this guaranteed scholarship to attend McDaniel College. Any service qualifies, such as teachers, administrators, counselors, or support staff, as long as the employment is directly through the school or college.

The Educator's Legacy Scholarship is among the largest scholarships offered at McDaniel and honors McDaniel's tradition of producing top educators. The college has successfully trained teachers and administrators for over 100 years. There is no limit to the number of Educator's Legacy Scholarships awarded annually by McDaniel.
