Gloucester City Resident Arrested for Murder of Cumberland County PO Detective

A Gloucester City resident, Richard B. Hawkins Willis, age 32, was one of three suspects arrested for the murder of Sgt. Monica Mosely, a Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office Detective. She was shot and killed in her Bridgeton home on October 15 during a home invasion.
According to police, the other suspects were Nyshawn Mutcherson, age 29, of Vineland, and Jarred Brown, 31, of Bridgeton. The three suspects were all charged with first-degree counts of murder and murder during the commission of burglary. They were also charged with hindering, obstruction, and weapon offenses, according to police.
Cyndia Pimentel of Paulsboro allegedly drove the vehicle used by the three suspects to Philadelphia, where it was found hidden in a garage. She was arrested and charged with hindering an investigation, obstruction of justice, and tampering with evidence.
Those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
