Deniece M. Outin, a beloved resident of Voorhees and formerly of Marlton, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2024, at the age of 84. Born in Philadelphia, PA, to Dennis and Adain McCowan. Deniece was a cherished member of her community and family.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Carl Outin, her parents, and her siblings, Joseph McCowan, Lewis McCowan, and Burnestein Frazier. Deniece is survived by her devoted children, Sharon Smith and Carl Talib Outin, her grandson, Kevin Anthony James, Jr, and her great-grandchildren, Khyasia, Kamari, Keyon, Kaliyah, and Kariyah. She also leaves behind her nephews, Marlow, Derrick, Arnold, and Alan.

Deniece pursued higher education and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University, New Brunswick. She enjoyed a successful career as a real estate agent with ReMax in Mt. Laurel, where she was a proud member of the Million Dollars Sellers Club.

Relatives and friends are invited to honor Deniece's memory at her graveside service on Thursday, November 7th at 11 AM in Locustwood Memorial Park, Route 70, Cherry Hill. Funeral arrangements are being handled by McCann-Healey Funeral Home, Gloucester City.
