Commissioners to attend veterans luncheon in Mount Ephraim

The Board of Commissioners will attend the first Veterans Thank You for Your Service Luncheon in Mount Ephraim today, November 13 at Charles P. Dougherty, Sr. Senior Community Center 508 Lambert Avenue at noon.

This event was made possible through the mayor’s new Senior Community Program, which runs Monday through Friday and offers an array of activities for Mount Ephraim and Camden County senior and disabled residents.

“This is a way for us to honor and celebrate the bravery and sacrifices made by our veterans,” Commissioner Melinda Kane said. “We are honored to be a part of this event and can’t wait to show our veterans how grateful we are for them.”
