Charles McCormick Named All-Conference

ANNVILLE, PA (11/20/2024)-- Charles McCormick of Woodbury Heights, N.J., is one of 40 Lebanon Valley College student-athletes to earn Middle Atlantic Conference postseason honors during the Fall 2024 season.

McCormick was a member of the men's soccer team and was named All-Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Second Team.

McCormick was named to the All-MAC Freedom Team for the first time in his career, earning the recognition after a strong 2024 campaign. The graduate student started in all 19 games for the Dutchmen and made significant contributions throughout the year. McCormick tied for the team lead in game-winning goals with two, while his five points were tied for eighth on the squad. The midfielder scored game-winners on penalty kicks in Lebanon Valley's 3-1 victory over Cairn University on Sept. 14, and in the program's 1-0 win at King's College on Oct. 23.

McCormick, a graduate of Gateway Regional High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in actuarial science and economics at The Valley.

A member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III, American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA), Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC), and Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), Lebanon Valley College offers 26 sports.
