Commissioners urging residents to conserve water as state upgrades drought watch status to drought warning

(Camden, NJ) – The State Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has upgraded the state’s drought watch status to a drought warning as New Jersey continues to experience historically dry and warm conditions.
