PHILADELPHIA — Enforcement and Removal Operations Philadelphia removed Marvin Andres Echeverri Ciro, a citizen of Colombia with a final order of removal, to Colombia on Sept. 16. Echeverri is a foreign fugitive wanted by law enforcement authorities in Colombia for homicide. U.S. Customs and Border Protection lawfully admitted Echeverri to the United States at the John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York on Feb. 14, 2020. However, he violated the terms of his lawful admission. Bradshaw and Willingboro Township Acting Public Safety Director Captain Ian Bucs announced that two women were fatally shot early yesterday morning by an intruder inside their home in the Hawthorne Park neighborhood.
