(Camden, NJ) – The Camden County Police Department is looking for missing 17-year-old from Camden.
Syncere Phillips has been reported missing after last being seen leaving Cooper University Hospital. He is described as a black male, 5’5”, 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black Under Armour hoodie, black sweatpants and black shoes. He is known to frequent Centerville.
