Joseph T. Kelly December 13, 1942 - September 14, 2024

 

ObitOn September 14, 2024. Age 81. Of Gloucester City and formerly of Bellmawr. Loving father of Sharon Kelly-Kostiak, Joseph Kelly, David Kelly and Michael Houser. Beloved brother of George L. (Mildred) Kelly, Maureen (Thomas) Mancuso and the late Eleanor Kelly. Cherished companion of Sharon Gross. Survived by numerous grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his loving parents, Joseph T. Kelly and Eleanor A. Kelly (nee Schaffer). 

Joseph was born in Philadelphia, PA. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy from 1959 to 1962. Joe resided in Bellmawr for 10 years and the past 17 years a resident of Gloucester City. He was a laborer doing sheet rock finishing and installing for many years. Joe was a die hard Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles fan who enjoyed watching them play. 

Per Joseph’s request, he was cremated. There will be no visitation. Inurnment and U.S. Navy Military Honors at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery will be private.
