Gloucester City Old Timers Meeting October 27; You're Invited

GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (October 21, 2024)(CNBNews)--The annual gathering of Gloucester City's Old Timers will take place on Sunday, October 27th, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Elizabeth Ballrooms, formerly known as the Highland Park Fire Hall. The venue is conveniently situated at the corner of Sylvan Ave. and Highland Blvd.

The Old Timers Committee released the following statement:

"We extend a warm invitation to all former male and female fans and athletes over the age of 50 to join us. It's an opportunity to reminisce and share your most cherished memories of playing on the gridiron and to recount the greatest football games between the Gloucester Catholic Rams and the Gloucester High Lions."

"The older we get, the better we are. This will be our 41st meeting of this organization, and the price remains at just $10 per head for food and beer. Come out and reminisce about the Good Ole Days and have a few laughs. The Committee is looking forward to seeing old friends and new ones. "
