BROOKLAWN, NJ (October 14, 2024)(CNBNews)--According to the legal notice below, the Borough of Brooklawn is holding its annual tax sale. Residents 
have until October 30, 2024, to settle their delinquent taxes; otherwise, their property will go on the auction block that day. Said properties will be sold subject to redemption at the lowest interest rate but shall not exceed 18 percent per Annum. Purchasers will be required to pay in cash, money order, or certified check to the municipal liens chargeable against each parcel of land purchased by them before the conclusion of the sale, or the property will be resold. There are 37 properties listed, the total amount of money owed is $26,974.88.
