The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is requesting the public’s assistance identifying the suspect depicted in the following video. On July 18th, 2024, on the 4000 block of Meridian Street, a seven-month-old child was shot once in the leg by a suspect described as a heavy-set black female with long dreadlocks. The suspect then fled and was last seen running towards the 4000 block of Lansing Street. Suspect Description: Black female, heavy build, long dreadlocks, black sweatshirt with large front graphic, light blue jeans, black shoes with white soles.
