This week, Camden County Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli Jr., a prominent political figure in Camden County, strongly opposed two rulings of the United States Supreme Court. One concerned a homeless issue in an Oregon community, and the other pertaining to the Court's decision on the immunity of Presidents of the United States

I am seeking more information on Commissioner Cappelli Jr.'s track record in addressing homelessness during his 21 years in office. I distinctly recall instances where homeless encampments in Camden City were forcibly removed, and I'm interested in hearing about the specific initiatives and programs aimed at assisting the homeless population in Camden County .  He stated that the County has made progress but gave no details.

Additionally, I am curious about the financial resources allocated by Camden County to provide shelter for undocumented immigrants who have arrived in the region during President Biden's term. It's crucial to understand the scale and impact of these efforts on the local communities. Did the affluent communities of  Haddonfield, Cherry Hill, and Tavistock house any of these illegals? Since taxpayers are paying the bills for these people shouldn't they know how many of them reside in their city or town?

Today, Cappelli released another statement about the Court's ruling, which gives presidents immunity when performing an official act.  “The Supreme Court ruling to grant Donald Trump immunity is a fracture in the public’s trust in our structures of accountability. This decision to consider any action during Trump’s presidency an “official act” shields him from scrutiny and liability as our nation’s highest public servant. To say that I am disappointed and appalled with the ruling is a complete understatement."

Cappelli failed to mention that the ruling also gives immunity to Joe Biden, from being prosecuted for the deaths of the 13 soldiers who were killed during our military's retreat from Afghanistan. Furthermore, it also gives immunity to former President Clinton for his botch raid in Somalia depicted in the movie Black Hawk Down. And to George W. Bush for lying to the public about bombs of mass destruction.  The immunity protects all Presidents in the future and in the past.

In notes from a meeting in May of 1994 between President Clinton and the family of one of the soldiers killed, Clinton admits that he didn't have prior knowledge of the raid to take down the Somali warlord Mohammed Farah Aidid. When asked by one family member why the raid was launched when the U.S. was "making good progress toward a diplomatic solution," Clinton puts the responsibility on the military command operating in Somalia. On a separate note, I'm keen to know Commissioner Cappelli Jr.'s perspective on President Biden's recent debate performance. There have been widespread concerns about the President's health, with many speculating about cognitive decline. His performance in the debate has intensified these concerns, and I believe it's important to address these issues openly and transparently. Cappelli is quick to scold the Supreme Court; what does he think about those people who have been hiding Biden's health and mental problems all this time? The public has known Mr. Biden was unfit for office from the very beginning of his term. And yet, the Democrats are acting as though his health problems just developed.

The treatment of President Biden by his family and those who are around him every day are guilty of elderly abuse.  The United States Department of Justice defines elder abuse as an intentional or negligent act by any person that causes harm or a serious risk of harm to an older adult. The trauma of elder abuse can result in premature death, the deterioration of physical and psychological health, destruction of social and familial ties, devastating financial loss and more. Older adults are being mistreated in multiple settings (homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities) by family members, friends and neighbors, professionals, and strangers. The EJI provides several scenarios and red flags to help the public understand the five types of abuse.
