BROOKLAWN, NJ (July 24, 2024)--The Borough of Brooklawn is expanding its local business community with the recent opening of INDIGO Dispensary on US Route 130 North, just past the Brooklawn Circle. Despite being new to the area, the owners of INDIGO are committed to investing in the Brooklawn community by planning to build a cultivation facility on the grounds of the former Webers Drive-In. According to owner Nathan Yanovitch, in the near future, the company intends to employ between 30 and 40 people.

Brooklawn Mayor Skip Granston stated, "In addition to INDIGO, VP Racing Fuel is establishing their business at the corner of Browning Road and Kings Highway. A new waterfront restaurant and marina are also being developed on the banks of Big Timber Creek, near the Brooklawn/Westville bridge. We also anticipate announcing the arrival of a new restaurant opening on Route 130 on the former St. Maurice Church grounds. Borough Administrator Ryan Giles, along with your Mayor, Council, and the local Zoning Board, are dedicated to upholding the vision and progress needed to maintain the "God's Little Acre" image for decades to come."
