(JUNE 14 2024)--At approximately 5:07 PM, in the vicinity of 58th and Sansom Street in the 18th District, a male, approximately 25-35 years old, identified as "John Doe," was shot twice—once in the right forearm and once in the chest. The victim was transported by private vehicle to Presbyterian Hospital, where he was placed in critical condition. The scene is being held for investigation. No weapons have been recovered, and no arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing, led by the Shooting Investigation Group.
