Maple Shade High School parking and roadway restrictions...

The Maple Shade Police Department is advising all residents and guests that will be attending our Fireworks display of specific restrictions that will be in place for vehicular traffic and parking.

It is recommended that spectators park vehicles
 off-site and/or walk to the high school, if able.


High School parking lots will not be open for parking until approximately 7:00 PM.
*No unauthorized vehicles will be permitted in the lots prior to 7:00 PM
Spectators should not plan on pre-staging vehicles, or risk towing at owners’ expense.


Access to all high school parking lots will be closed by 8:30 PM.
This will include some road closures and detours on S. Clinton Ave, Frederick Ave, Lippincott Ave, Thomas Ave and Gradwell Ave.
 
All are reminded that no alcohol or smoking of any kind is permitted on school property. Violations may result in removal and/or criminal complaints.
 
*The main parking lot off of Frederick Ave will be available on a first come/first serve basis until full or otherwise closed. 
 
 *S. Clinton Ave side high school parking lots will be restricted to handicapped guests or otherwise authorized vehicles ONLY.
 
 
Martin Ave, between S. Coles Ave and W. Center Ave will be closed to all unauthorized vehicles and pedestrians beginning around 5:00 PM, through to the end of the event.
  
All are reminded to take note of posted no parking signs in and around the area that day.
 
Please be mindful of increased pedestrians in the area and follow all police and fire police direction
